The full Ashtanga practise is consist of 6 systemized series, during the practise of Ashtanga, you will have a prescribed point of focus for each posture. In the process of practising ashtanga, the 7 major energy channels of each individual will be detoxified by removing energy blocks (Chakras) in your body. from the top of you head to the bottom of you toe.By memorizing and repeating the same sequences constantly, you will attain a somatic balance between strength and flexibility. Unlike Hatha yoga, Ashtanga practise focuses on the core strength and body endurance.
